Discovery generally takes 1 day, and requires the input of representatives from each department that the software will affect.  Upon culmination, Rotech provides a detailed proposal with recommendations and a timeline for completion.

Report Writing

Programs such as Prolog Manager come standard with over 400 reports.  We can help you determine which ones you need, and make those 10 to 15 reports readily available in a separate folder.

Integration

Choosing “best-of-breed” solutions for your Accounting, Estimating, Project Management and Scheduling needs dictates the implementation of separate applications developed by different companies. Integration is necessary to eliminate duplicate entry and tie these systems together.
